Roast Turkey Breast with Chestnut Stuffing
Makes enough for 6-8 depending on the size of the turkey breast.
Ingredients
- 1 Onion (finely diced)
- 8 Cloves Garlic (cut in half)
- 100 g butter
- 2 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 150g peeled cooked chestnuts (roughly chopped)
- 50g Italian Mustard Fruits (finely sliced)
- 100g grated Parmesan
- 1 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and Pepper
