Description
This divine sweet chestnut puree is absolutely the best. We first tried it at restaurant Chartier in Paris in 2002. It was a dessert called Creme de marron chantilly and was simply a coupe dish of this puree topped with whipped cream. They were going out like hotcakes and no wonder – it’s so good…
Clement Faugier are located in Privas in the Ardeche region of France and were one of the first companies to commercially produce marrons glaces and they use the broken pieces in this rich chestnut puree full of caramel and vanilla tones. Use it in desserts, on toast or scones with cream. We’re so please to be adding it to our product line up for you.
